5. Digital Delivery

The workbook is provided as a digital download following successful payment.

Access to the purchased product is provided through the delivery method used by Lemon Squeezy.

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact hello@hashimototoolkit.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

6. Refunds and Digital Content

Purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or access has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided under Lemon Squeezy's applicable policies.

Because the workbook is digital content made available immediately, applicable withdrawal rights may be affected once downloading or transmission of the digital content begins.

Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds in accordance with its own policies.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
